2023 Southeastern Michigan Union Community Activist Network Conference (UCAN)
Join us in June!
This one-day conference, presented by United Way for Southeastern Michigan in conjunction with Metro-Detroit AFL-CIO, joins union members, community partners and change agents who strive to tackle the ever-shifting challenges in the labor movement, and in the community, that affect all of us.
The conference takes place on June 17 and is open to all individuals, including union and non-union workers, labor leaders, retirees, community activists and community partners.
A $50 per delegate registration fee supplements the costs associated with hosting this conference.
Check-In begins at 8:15 a.m. and the conference is from 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (End time may vary slightly).

UCAN participants will be celebrated from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, July 28, during a Labor Partnership Mixer event at the TV Lounge (2548 Grand River Ave. in Detroit). All conference attendees will receive electronic invites prior to the event.
